We don't have staff housing at this moment, but we are always supporting your housing search. However, we got a few Van spots for our staff for the days you work at FURU. Most of our summer staff that don't live in Lofoten, experience their Lofoten summer in Vans.

Flexibles in Houskeeping and Reception&Café // all year round
If you don't look for a full-time role or maybe have already a job and still would like to work at FURU in between, this role might be for you. All year round, we look for staff that can come in to support us at busy events in the Café or help with houskeeping. If you want to be part of the FURU crew but only have a few random hours to work, do send us a message. This fits probably perfectly if you already live in Lofoten.
Winter 2024:
Ski, Splitboard guide // Feb-April 2024
You will need to possess the right licenses and expertise to take our guests out on guided adventures. If you have that and a general love for bringing a smile to people's faces, contact us. We work on a freelancing basis with our guides with fixed payment terms.
Internships Spring 2023 and Autumn 2023:
If you want to gain working experience at a medium-sized Hostel with a small team, this might be for you. We love bringing in a person with lots of energy that looks at our operation with fresh eyes and an eagerness to improve. Each internship lasts two month and a project needs to be agreed upon beforehand. Our internships are non-paid but come with free accomodation in one of our dorms and includes free food as well.
